Devflow is an online software tool that helps individual developers and teams to deliver features to production faster.
We offer a QA/staging platform for every branch on source control, and a tight integration with other third-party platforms such as Github.
The service is provided "as is" which means that we are not responsible for your use of the service and cannot be held responsible for any loss of productivity, loss of data or bugs that slip into production. These are the terms of our self-service plans: if you need any guarantee whatsoever (uptime, support, etc.) please contact us .

Devflow provides you with a management interface that notably allows you, in total autonomy, and under your full responsibility:
Devflow intervenes, in its role as a technical services provider, for the purpose of ensuring the proper operation of its services, the safety and stability of the system.
In that respect, Devflow may intervene under the following circumstances:
In any event, Devflow reserves the possibility to interrupt some or all of the service in order to perform a technical intervention, particularly in the case of defective operation, or to improve the operation, or to perform any maintenance operation.
We shall do everything necessary to limit the time of the said interruption as much as possible and, if possible, we shall give you reasonable prior notice, indicating the date, the type and the duration of the intervention, so that you can make all the necessary arrangements.
However, you acknowledge that we will not be able to give you prior notice in the case where the service interruption is due to an external reason (in particular, one that would be inherent to internet itself) or if it is explicitly requested by a competent authority or in application of current French law.
Devflow is intended to be used to host test environments and as such are not meant to be subject to resource-intensive processing or any other usage than application testing and demo.
Acceptable use is detailed in our Acceptable Use Policy. To view our Acceptable Use Policy, visit https://devflow.io/acceptable-use.
Should Devflow deem a customer’s account as not complying with Acceptable Use Policy, Devflow reserves the right to suspend the customers account where appropriate without prior notice.
In addition to other prohibitions detailed in the Acceptable Use Policy, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the above prohibited uses.
100% free during beta period
The Server is provided "as is" meaning that we do not provide any uptime guarantee. Shall you need specific service-level guarantees please contact us .
In order to ensure the best quality of service, we may move your environments between nodes in our infrastructure when no user accesses them for more than 10 minutes. Such moves are necessary to ensure that your environments will always have the necessary resources and run with reasonable performance.
Our algorithms will do it in the smartest way, and we will do our best to ensure that no data is lost during such moves. However, you acknowledge that the test environments may be destroyed and re-created at any time for the purpose of maintaining the service available.
Additionally, on some plans, environments are destroyed after some execution time (for example there is a 24-hour limit on the free plan).
Plans come with quotas. For example in the free plan you cannot have more than one active Branch at a time, and disk space usage is limited to 1 GB of data.
When you request the deployment of a Branch manually or via software hooks, and if you have reached your Branch quota, then a previously deployed Branch will be destroyed in order to deploy the latter Branch. Default algorithm (First-In First-Out) will destroy the environment corresponding to the oldest Branch but you may choose other algorithms shall we propose so.
Other quotas (such as: memory limit, disk space limit, CPU usage limit, etc.) may be enforced by the containerization technology that will forbid any over-use of the resource. If it's not the case and your environment reached resource quotas, then the environment will be shut down and you will be notified.
If you choose to downgrade your subscription to a less expensive plan, or if your account is reverted to the free plan for failure to pay, then quotas will apply immediately and some of your environments may be destroyed immediately.
Devflow is not responsible for any data loss associated to the downgrading.
Your access codes, or any of the means that you may use to log in to Devflow management console (for example Github account) or the environments (for example private SSH key) which are private, are under your full and complete responsibility. Devflow will not be accountable to misuse by third parties of your account, it is your responsibility to keep your credentials safe.
Each environment runs in a separate private network and is isolated from the others using containerisation and virtualisation technologies.
You should not attempt to try to defeat security measures and access environments that are not yours. Such intrusion attempts will immediately trigger the cancellation of your account, and may lead to prosecution.
You must promptly report any security deficiencies in, or intrusions to, our services as soon as you have been made aware of those. You agree to comply with responsible disclosure practices, and provide us with an initial notice and 45 days to address any security vulnerabilities before publicly disclosing those. You agree that failure to do so would breach this contract.
You may upload data to the environments through many means, including but not limited to: cloning of the code repository, upload via the SSH protocol, submission of a form, execution of a custom command, addition of data in the shared bucket of a project. While we take great care at ensuring that unauthorized access to your environment is not possible, Devflow cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a data breach resulting to the upload of personal, sensitive or any kind of confidential data to the environments or related data storage. The previous statement is true for any kind of data including, but not limited to credentials of any kind, and database dumps.
We are not responsible for what you do with your data. You should comply with the appropriate rules and regulations.
If you choose to provide input and suggestions regarding problems with or proposed modifications or improvements to the Service, including to any Materials, (“Feedback”), then you hereby grant Devflow an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free right to exploit the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose, including to improve the Service and create other products and services.
You agree that Devflow can provide disclosures and notices regarding the Service to you by posting such disclosures and notices on our website, emailing them to the email address listed in your Devflow account, or mailing them to the address listed in your Devflow account. You also agree that electronic disclosures and notices have the same meaning and effect as if we had provided you with a paper copy. Such disclosures and notices shall be considered to be received by you within 24 hours of the time it is posted to our website or emailed to you unless we receive notice that the email was not delivered.
We agree that you may disclose information about the service publicly or privately, unless otherwise covered by a specific NDA, including positive or negative appreciations of our service.
You agree that, from the time you activate a paying account with Devflow until you terminate your account with us, we may identify you as a customer of Devflow. Neither you nor we will imply any untrue sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation between you and Devflow, but you are more than welcome to post a "Hosted on Devflow" message anywhere regarding your service.
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Devflow and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
